Play all my songs

« on: December 18, 2012, 07:33:06 AM »

Hi everybody, Willie Wendon suggested I check this site out. We played together in various bands for years and still collab occaisionally. I don't use a computer so Willie W does all my posting for me and replies when desired. I don't live far from Willie and normally visit once a week to catch up on relevant posts. I've played in rock bands, cover bands, country bands and everything in between. I started out as a drummer/singer and gradually got more profficient on guitar and bass. I use a BR600 to record vocals on the internal mikes and mostly use a telecaster for guitar work. Good to be aboard and I look forward to contributing and listening to the music posted here that Willie says is excellent. Regards Les W

Hi Les.....a warm welcome to the C-Lab from Surrey, England.
You're gonna love it here....you've already made a good start by following Willie's suggestion.
Your musical cv makes good reading too......I look forward to hearing some of your tunes.

Paul.

Hi Les...welcome from former poster turned lurker, Pine.

Wondering how you can figure out how to use the Br600 but have no pc. You must like the internet to access sites like this. I just picked up a nice used laptop on ebay for my daughter for $120 and i've seen them go even cheaper.  As for help with anything, this gang will be more than happy to help you out...as i'm sure ol' Willie would as well.
Enjoy the place. Nicer folks you'll never meet.

Hi Les! tazzy here from the Sandhills Region of Nebraska, USA. I've been MIA for a bit and trying to catch up. I'm sure by now you have come to love this bunch as much as I have. You won't find a friendlier or more talented group to share with anywhere. Have fun and welcome to the family... tazzy xxx

Hi Tazzy, it was felt that if Les Warner couldn't or wouldn't take part in the community as a whole then perhaps it would be better that he stay with SC and although he is a friend of mine I agreed whole heartedly with those thoughts.
